    *Events over 160 guests may incur additional furniture rental / labor and set-up & additional staffing fees.

    We do not host minor-only events. Majority of guests must be at least 21 years of age.

    A $250 Standard Cleaning Fee is applied to all events.

    We strongly encourage all potential clients to complete a private tour with our Events Manager to ensure we’re the perfect fit!

    PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT

    If you'd like to proceed with booking, we'll provide a detailed event proposal along with a link to our Venue Rental Agreement for your review.

    SECURE YOUR DATE

    WE DO NOT HOLD DATES!

    To officially secure your date, we require:

    • Electronic approval of our Venue Rental Agreement

    • Payment of Non-Refundable Date-Hold Deposit within five days of receiving your proposal

    • This initial deposit payment is half of our Venue Rental Fee and is not refundable under any circumstance

    Please only move forward with booking if you’re certain you’d like to host your event at The Rust Belt Market.

  • INITIAL DEPOSIT

    • A Non-Refundable Deposit is due to officially lock in your date.

    • Non-Refundable Deposit is half of Venue Rental Fee.

    • A preliminary event proposal is only valid for a period of 5 days.

    Please note, we do not hold dates.

    If an initial deposit is not received within 5 days of event proposal receipt, your date will be forfeited and made available to other touring clients.

    90 DAY BALANCE INCLUDES

    30 DAY BALANCE INCLUDES

    • Final bar package selections

    • Service fee, sales tax, and any applicable gratuity

    Additionally, we require your final guest count and third-party-vendor contact information to be shared with us no later than 30 days prior to your event.
